The Nets unveiled their newest squad of dancers at their game against the Detroit Pistons Wednesday: 14 senior citizens, ranging in age from 59-to-83 years-old.
And the old-timers _ 13 women and Joe _ brought the crowd at the Continental Airlines Arena to their feet by ending their one-minute routine by dancing to the hip-hop tune “Snap Yo Fingers.”
“It was great fun,” said 61-year-old Claire Gaines of New York City, who dances to the name “Blond-e” because the Nets are partially owned by rapper Jay-Z. “It was an exhilarating experience. I have always loved to dance so it was a lot of fun, but I have never danced in front of so large an audience.”
You can download a large size poster (38x12 inches) of the 2006-07 Luvabulls dance team. The poster is in a PDF file format that you can print. You might also be able to take it to Kinkos or photo processing place and see if they can print you a professional one!!!

Ann been an NFL cheerleader in Houston for two seasons. After her final season when Houston hosted the Super Bowl she thought it was a good way to end her professional dance career.
But one year later she found herself always watching the dancers and wishing she was out there dancing again! She went to the RPD audition and made the Power Dancers last season.
Being an RPD gives me the chance to be a positive role model in our community, especially when we have different appearances in Houston to reach out.
Interesting Fact: Ann was born in the Philippines and grew up with her grandparents. She moved to the U.S. when she was 10 years old.
